This CDW is a High Intens ity Programme d esigned to provide an avenue for participants to reflect internally and unify their experiences, stimulate and s trike a balance between Islamic a nd conventiona l leadership thought processes; finally providing the tools and skills necess ary for the effective a nd sustainable application of the lea ders hip role back in their home, s ociety, Communi ty and country.
